Mr. Sanjay Singh ( Chairman & Managing Director )

Mr. Sanjay Singh is a young and dynamic entrepreneur who has been associated with telecom and manpower sector for more than Fifteen years. His conscientious administration & dynamic management skills has led to optimization of output, outcome and delivery. He is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors. VIPL Telecom has proudly imbibed his dynamism and business vision. He oversees the planning, implementation and evaluation of the organization's programs and services. He has developed an operational plan which incorporates goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction of the organization.

Mrs. Arti Singh ( Managing Director )

Arti Singh is an MBA with an extensive experience is Mass Communication; she is also involved with other Service Provider companies as Director. She has expertise in manpower outsourcing/third party contracts, logistics and inventory management. Her dedication towards her work and her ability to inspire people around her has helped the organization. Arti Singh is firmly committed to the belief that, business organizations have deep social responsibility that must be discharged by conducting ethical and fair business, by involvement with community issues and by building an ecologically sustainable business.

Mr. Riyaz Siddiqui ( Head Energy Management )

Riyaz Siddiqui comes with over of 9 years of hands-on experience in Telecom Industry. He has Master Degree in Business Management. He monitors energy cost of all sites. He ensures proper utilization of energy sources (Electricity & Battery backup) to control the diesel consumption and operation cost of the towers. He manages fuel filling tracking on real time basis from the site at the time of fuel filling and diesel lifting from the Route wise & Fuel reconciliation for network uptime and infra on weekly basis.

Mr. Subhash Masiwal ( Commercial Head )

Subhash Masiwal comes with over of 9 years of hands-on experience in Telecom Industry.He has Master Degree in Commerce. He maintains the Commercial Department to develop, lead and manage all commercial activities of the business. He develops and implements an innovative, growth focused commercial strategy, focusing primarily on new product areas and emerging markets. He ensures that profitable business growth is accelerated and that commercial success is achieved.

Mr. Faheem Husain Zaidi ( Senior Technical Manager )

Faheem Husain Zaidi comes with over of 10 years of hands-on experience in Telecom Industry. He pursed B.TECH in Electronics Instrumentation & Control. He administers field team operations and looks after proper productivity by maintaining site-wise NWA. He manages weekly uptime reconciliation and quaterly utility primitive maintainence. He also monitors real time power outages and ensures early solution for the same.
