Fuel Management

We are performing Fuel Filling activity in 14 districts in Uttar Pradesh.

 

We are performing following activity under fuel management presently:

  • Surveillance and Management of DG Fuel Filling.
  •  
  • Scheduling the Re fuelling of DG’s upon intimation of LFL alarm from NOC or based on run hours.
  •  
  • Study the consumption patterns and reporting the deviations.
  •  
  • Reporting the Exceptions and variance reports w.r.t. the actual run hours and actual specifications (Provided by Manufacturer).
  •  
  • Escalate the issues to various DG Set OEMs / AMC / CAMC Vendors on any anomalies observed in the consumption pattern.
  •  
  • Procurement and recharge of Petro cards from respective Oil companies. Recharging the Petro Cards as and when Required.
  •  
  • Issuing Fuel Pre-paid Petro cards to respective field maintenance staff for all sites.
  •  
  • Collection from the nearest petrol bunk, Transportation and Filling the diesel in all types of DG’s. All fuel collection and filling work shall be strictly done under the supervision of MSP’s/its Affiliates own employees. This supervisory work cannot be outsourced to any third party.
  •  
  • Maintain logs of fuel filled at each site with DG Run hour in electronic form and accessible for Reliance approved employee.
  •  
  • Collection from nearest facility, Transportation and replacing LPG cylinder for respective DG’s.
  •  
  • Arranging the necessary containers for transporting the diesel from the bunks to sites.
  •  
  • Providing the commercial vehicles for transporting the fuel from bunk to the sites.
  •  
  • Passing the information to Ericsson / Reliance with actual bills and log books from the bunks.
  •  
  • Direct payment with nearest fuel stations in the areas where Petro cards are not accepted and honored.
  •  
  • Fixing the rate contract, service orders, management of the contractors, payments on month on-month basis for fuel filling.
  •  
  • Liaison with respective authorities for explosive licenses for transporting the fuel from bunks to utility sites. All existing Licenses will be handed over as applicable for the sites.
  •  
  • Provide site wise DG run hour report which shall be co-related with the following
    a. DG meter reading
    b. GCU reading
    c. Passive Alarms from BTS
