SEB Maintenance & Liasoning

We perform following activity under SEB Maintenance & Liasoning:

 

  • Planning, Scheduling and performing the maintenance activities, generating MIS Reports like Energy consumption, etc., and updating in respective intranet and MIS systems.
  •  
  • Liaise with local SEB provider for disconnected power supply & restoration within 2 days for commercial reasons and within 5 days for any other reason of such incident for all operational sites.
  •  
  • Report any abnormality to NOC and conduct Planned Event for taking corrective action.
  •  
  • Collection, verification and timely submission of SEB bills on monthly/periodic basis.
  •  
  • Any disconnection due to payment submission delay, 3PP vendor will be liable for any penalty/ restoration charges (if payment is released by Reliance prior to 4 days of due date).
  •  
  • Collection of Demand Draft / Cheque for Payment from Reliance for SEB Bill.
  •  
  • Follow-up for the replacement of faulty energy meters and correction of meter readings in next billing cycle.
  •  
  • Program Management of conversion of temporary connection into permanent connection.
  •  
  • Performing periodic maintenance checks and recording the readings like Winding Temp., Oil Temp., Oil Level, Load Current and voltages for Transformers.
  •  
  • Performing routine maintenance checks and recording the readings like Abnormal loading, Abnormal temperatures, Oil leaks, Abnormality of the HT and LT Conductors, Corrosion, dust deposition, Grounding, Fire extinguishers and Silica gel in breather for Transformers.
  •  
  • Performing maintenance checks like Transformer oil testing.
  •  
  • Performing the activities like insulation test and Earth pit resistance tests.
  •  
  • Fault rectification and replacement of the defective parts.
  •  
  • Regular inspection& maintenance of all equipment like at sub stations Gang Operating Device (GOD), Indoor HV circuit breaker, GOD Four pole structure, Current Transformer, Potential Transformer, Insulators, Lightning Arrestors and HT cable.
  •  
  • Report any abnormality to NOC and obtain the work permit on approval of Planned Event for shutdown.
  •  
  • Coordinating with concerned authorities for work permit on approval of Planned Events during maintenance.
  •  
  • Arranging alternate Power source at site while performing the Breakdown maintenance on HT equipment.
  •  
  • Fault rectification and replacement of the defective parts.
  •  
  • Closing the work orders and entering the relevant data in to respective MIS systems. Required access into.
